Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days (Monday – Friday), with the exception of peak periods when shipping may experience delays.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Domestic Orders (Turkiye) : Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery takes 10-15 business days.
If you receive your package damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact our courier company.
